Professor Viktoria Dalko (Harvard Business Instructor)

Dalko is teaching at Harvard University and professor of finance at the City University of New York (CUNY). At age 27, Professor Dalko became the Chief of Staff of the Committee of Budget, Tax and Finances of the first newly democratic Hungarian parliament. She was a member of the advisory committee to the President of the National Bank of Hungary, at the outset of the transition to the market economy. Prof Dalko is also a Research Fellow in the International Center for Corporate Accountability (ICCA) focusing on interdisciplinary research on how to manage, govern and regulate corporations to achieve long and successful life and the consequences of corporate longevity on the equity markets and social stability.
Professor Dalko has been an outstanding teacher with 5.0/5.0 evaluation from executive classes at both Harvard and CUNY. In the last five years, she taught and consulted for executives in Asia. Her clients include Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Saigon, Singapore, and Taipei; in addition to Europe and North America. Clients she served include Fortune 100 global corporations, government agencies and private firms. Professor Dalko has been teaching Creating value through Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions course to graduate students at Harvard University for several years.
