In this ground breaking 2 Day Creative Problem Solving Masterclass, participants will be introduced to creative thinking tools will enable you to think through business problems using a tried and tested creative thinking approached to generate innovative solutions. It will equip participants with the skills to Overcome Creative Blocks and Obstacles to innovation and identify personal and team problem solving solutions. Participants will learn techniques for defining the problem, analysing the causes, generating and selecting solutions, planning actions and monitoring results.
This is a practical workshop which uses case studies and example problems from within your own business or industry as the problem solving briefs which you work on during the day in order to generate solutions.

Timothy Hamons has 12 years of experience in developing and facilitating experiential based learning solutions, enriching the performance of individuals and teams in Singapore and the region. He has led and created high performance teams in training organizations for over 10 years, and has delivered programs on mind mapping, creative thinking, innovation, effective communication, as well as a variety of personal and professional development courses, for many leading companies.
He is an active member of the Facilitators Network of Singapore, and has facilitated focus group sessions with grassroots community leaders, SPF, and MINDEF. He has recently been a facilitator for an ongoing organization-wide innovation initiative with MINDEF called the Leadership Engagement "Jumpstart" programme. He has also taught thousands of youth in Singapore on the powers of creative thinking and mind mapping through his work with various camps and enrichment organisations. He has been living and working in Singapore since 1991.
He has a background in Visual Communication from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, and has created and implemented comprehensive corporate communication programs for over 50 companies in Europe, USA, and Singapore. He draws on this background in communication and design to encourage companies to stimulate new ideas and to implement creative thinking applications for individual and team effectiveness.
