For decades, people have debated whether leaders are born or made. Several decades ago researchers started trying to answer the question. The debate goes on... Participants attending executive education leadership programmes frequently ask this question - usually with the expectation of an obvious answer that leaders are born and not made.

| Workshop Objectives |
|
This workshop allows participants to explore this leadership question for themselves through a process that invites high impact personal and organisational insight in a very short space of time. Individuals explore and reflect on leadership attributes, traits and behaviours that are important to them and to understand what these mean to members in a team. As a result, the workshop is highly effective in sharing team-based understanding of what different indiuviduals bring and the importance of diversity and inclusion in environments where team-based accountabilities are incresingly key to driving high value-add performance. Are leaders born or made? often proves a springboard for change and leadership development at an individual, team or organisational level. The learning outcomes include clear, easy-to-use tips on how to form high performance teams with a high degree of confidence in difficult situations.
