Is your Business Strategy in line with Art of War?

Corporate strategy in modern context
Globalization and internet revolution has transformed the competition landscape fast and far. Corporates no longer has to learn how to compete locally, but how to compete globally. This indirect, subtle under-current has caught many corporates by surprise and most have a hard time reading the torrent under-current.

Clearly, the global competition has passed beyond knowledge, and leaning towards applied knowledge. The slowing technology revolution and quickening of skill spreading will next challenge applied knowledge. Further stiffening of competition will soon push corporate strategy back to basic – survival of the fittest, or in modern days, survival of the smartest - the basic premise of Art of War

The Art of War CEOTM is designed to help CEOs to understand Art of War and its application in modern context. Participants will analyze their business, understand its ‘survivability’ and reorganize their strategy through Art of War.
