 This insightful workshop begins your journey of self-discovery to be a strong, emotionally intelligent leader. You will enhance your personal and social competence to handle emotions better amid the stress and strenuous demands of the workplace. Through reflective exercises, you will understand how you were put together and the triggers that guide your responses to the everyday things, events and people around you. By understanding the 'I' in you, you learn to manage your response to relationships and conflicts better. You will thus be able to build cohesive, emotionally intelligent teams that yield significantly better business results. You will learn to apply emotional intelligence to conflict situations to gain the authority, collaboration and success you deserve as a leader.
The Seminar aims to develop a good understanding of the kinds of ethical issues that arise in business and to equip managers to be able swiftly to recognize the issues and to deal with them consistently with widely accepted principles.
While we examine a framework of emotional competencies, this seminar will primarily focus on understanding the difference between EQ. IQ and CQ where participants will do an self assessment of their potential for success through a series of proven framework or test. Participants will be able to take an in depth look at several factors that influence their emotional beliefs, attitudes and behaviour. Participants will also learn how organizational psychology can transforming the lives of people and workplaces around the world.

Dr Christopher Fong is a prolific leader. Previously an international multi award winning orchestra conductor before embarking on a second career in psychological studies. He topped his post graduate clinical psychology program from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. As a Leadership Consultant, Christopher brings leadership from the concert hall to the boardroom with an impressive and successful track record of personal and professional achievements. Chris has an extensive speaking career, travelling the world lecturing to organizations on organizational change and development. He has a strong passion to grow and work with young, dynamic and entrepreneurial leaders from SMEs to large MNCs. His diverse portfolio also includes holding academic appointment as External Examiner and Lecturer. He has developed several professional psychology and both clinical and counselling programs at various regional universities and business schools as well. A strong advocate of work life integration, he continues to pursue his passion by accepting international and local invitations to conduct symphony orchestras and conduct leadership programs with them.
