| About the Facilitator / Presenter |

Ernie Turner
Ernie is the Founder and President of LIM (Leadership in International Management), an international consulting firm that develops business and people simultaneously using Action Reflection Learning™ (ARL) principles and practices. Ernie's working experience includes being an Executive Coach for the last 25 years with more than 100 executives and 60 teams from a variety of global companies. Ernie has lived in Malaysia, Kenya, Brazil, Angola, Italy and the USA and has worked in over 40 countries. For the last 25 years Ernie has been leading and building LIM, an international consulting firm, and working on a variety of change initiatives within multinational corporations including merger integration, executive coaching, team development, leadership development and human resource development.
Ernie has co-authored LIM's Learning Coach Handbook, and M&A Handbook as well as Earning While Learning in Global Leadership, recounting Volvo's 10 year experience using ARL practices. Ernie recently led a project for AstraZeneca culminating in The Little Book on Teamwork. He and Isabel Rimanoczy, one of his partners have just written a book, Action Reflection Learning: Solving Real Business Problems by Connecting Learning with Earning. Ernie is a frequent speaker at conferences.
